I don't know. Probably broadcasting laws. Yeah, that's the Rainbow video. I can't find another Summoning video of the same song. You could try using this free service to unblock YouTube videos:

At 21 years of age, he was diagnosed as having bipolar disorder, and has spoken candidly about his experiences with the effects of the illness. In his 31 December 2010 interview for The Sun, Ant also discussed the side effects of medication for his bipolar condition: "In the past I've been a robot. It's been an out-of-body experience. Bipolar means up and down and that's me... Music has always been the best medication. I was on sodium valproate for seven years.... I couldn't get to sleep and I didn't make love for seven years. My hair fell out and I couldn't pick up a book as I couldn't concentrate. I didn't write a song or pick up a guitar in that time – and piled on the weight. I might as well have been dead" . . .

Ant married Carol Mills in 1975 and they divorced in 1982. He dated Amanda Donohoe between 1977 and 1981, Jamie Lee Curtis in 1983 and Heather Graham in the early 1990s . . . Ant, who does not own a television, enjoys reading, particularly historical novels. He has tattoos depicting Lord Nelson's last prayer before the Battle of Trafalgar, an image of his grandfather and a quotation from Oscar Wilde: 'Experience is the name everyone gives to their mistakes.' A perfect pop song:

Kim Wilde was good looking but Belinda Carlisle was beautiful:

I have always been a Belinda Carlisle fan her music brings me back to a happier time Smile 1

Iron Maiden is a band that I don’t usually listen to but this song came on the other day. I like the melody and the lyrics are especially poignant.

With the world going into lockdown, this song came to mind.
Like In a gadda da vida it just keeps going and going.
I think the singer maybe a werewolf or vampire!
Grand Funk Railroad had quite a few great songs.

Revelations is one of my favourite Iron Maiden songs. The lyrics are dramatic and touching, like you say, and the music is both heavy and melodic - true heavy metal before it became too dominated in America and Britain by rhythm and shouted vocals. Another good song from that album is this one, about the mythical Greek Icarus who flew too close to the sun:

(I'll the listen to the GFR song tonight.)

^ Another Iron Maiden song that I like! The lyrics once again are very poignant, in this song preaching? about the human sin of hubris.
The GFR song that I posted come to find out is an old song, first covered by The Animals.
The earlier Animal’s version is not so raw with emotion and does not have the drug reference.
When GFR recorded Inside Looking Out in 1969, the world was changing...kinda the feeling that I am getting these days.

Yeah, I think it is. And I suppose the original myth is like a parable.

By coincidence, soon after I'd listened to the song I noticed a link on Twitter to this article:

There must be quite a lot of similar late 1960s and early 70s bands that I would quite like if I knew them.

Though I don't understand the old Norse lyrics, the song is hauntingly beautiful conveying feelings of strength, resilience and sadness. A perfect song, reflecting the mood of a lot of people these days.

It is so nice to see you posting Aelwenn, I hope that all is well and that life is treating you kindly Smile 1

I am glad you like the song, I was hesitant to post it. It is long and a bit much  Very Happy
I was first introduced to GFR through one of my childhood friends older sister. The same person that had all of the Black Sabbath albums.
Maureen was very cool and let us play her records any time that we wanted to.

I do remember the hit song Kids in America, but I do not remember Kim Wilde. She reminds me a little bit of Madonna.  I guess Kim never gained popularity, here in thee USA.

I was a huge Madonna fan back in the 1980's and saw her a couple of times in concert.  My girl friend and I were such fans that we even dressed up like her for the concert, with the black lace gloves, yellow nail polish, short skirt  LOL 1

Madonna was very beautiful when she was young, with a unique look.  Now she looks and acts strange, I think she is having a difficult time with letting go of her youth. All of the plastic surgery has not helped.

She and I share a few common ancestors, her mother was French Canadian.

My favorite Madonna song, Live toTell, from the movie sound track At Close Range.

I think it's a pity in a way that we grow out of that kind of teenage music hero-worship because it's an exciting state of mind to be in. Material Girl was a good Madonna song. That one, Live To Tell, is obviously more adult orientated and reminds me a bit of Enya.

Two very different winners of the Eurovision Song Contest:

Dana Rosemary Scallon (born Rosemary Brown on 30 August 1951), known professionally as Dana, is an Irish singer and former politician who served as Member of the European Parliament from 1999 to 2004.

While still a schoolgirl she won the 1970 Eurovision Song Contest with "All Kinds of Everything". It became a worldwide million-seller and launched her music career.

She entered politics in 1997, as Dana Rosemary Scallon, running unsuccessfully in the Irish presidential election, but later being elected as an MEP for Connacht–Ulster in 1999. Scallon was again an independent candidate in the Irish 2011 presidential election, but was eliminated on the first count. In 2019, Dana announced she was back in the studio and was recording a brand new album, her first in many years. 'My Time' was released on 1st November 2019. [Wikipedia]

Lordi is a Finnish hard rock/heavy metal band, formed in 1992 by the band's lead singer, songwriter and costume maker, Mr Lordi (Tomi Petteri Putaansuu). In addition to their melodic metal music, Lordi are also known for wearing monster masks and using horror elements with pyrotechnics during concerts and music videos. The band rose to fame in 2002 with their hit single "Would You Love a Monsterman?", and won the Eurovision Song Contest 2006 with their song "Hard Rock Hallelujah". [Wikipedia]
