That is a pretty song 7/10

It's really excellent & so nostalgic. In Hungary Sinatra's most famous song is New York, New York. 10/10

@Sary wrote:Wow only a 5 for John Lennon? The song is so raw and emotional the man is bearing his soul on stage singing ,about his love for Yoko. And what about those outfits!

We definitely have different taste in music, Neon Knight.
I love the Beatles!
Well, we do have some overlap. I think your taste is just more mainstream than me but you're obviously not a slave to what is trendy. That's the important thing Smile 1

6/10 for Magyar Lány's Amy MacDonald song. I can almost give it 7; I like the emotion of it but her Irish country style singing I find slightly annoying.

This is a Beatle's song I like:

And something at the other extreme of my taste, a band from Norway:

Okay then magyer,I am happy that we are on the same page,at least with some of the music that we listen to.

I'm my book, you really can not go wrong with the Rolling Stones or Frank Sinatra, most every song is above average. Lots of 10's in there for sure!

Nancy Sinatra certainly had her 10 minutes of fame,my sister is named after her Frown

This band is very popular in the New England,Boston area. They have a large following . I wonder if they are known outside of this area or possibly in Europe, not too mainstream. Have you heard of them,Neon Knight?
We have a lot of Irish people around here.
It is Celtic punk, very loud and macho,I kinda like it ,I give it 7/10.

It is too bad that the Sox are out of the World Series, then it would get a 10!

Yeah, I've heard of the Dropkick Murphys but they don't appeal to me. When I went to Ireland for a holiday once (well, a working holiday) a girl asked me what I thought of traditional Irish music and I gave her my honest opinion, something like: "It's okay for a while but when it goes on and on it makes me feel kind of sea sick". She didn't really like that.

Anyway, going with the golden oldies theme . . . (with scenes from another classic film):

Coming out of nowhere
Drivin like a-rain
Stormbringer dance On the thunder again
Dark cloud gathering Breaking the day
No point running cause it's coming your way

Sounds very good on first listen! He veers between rock and metal and that's more of a metal sound again. I really need to catch up with Alice Cooper albums. He has a such a rich back catalogue. Here's one of his less well known songs from 1980:
