I agree,The Lost Boys was a great movie,the theme of 1980s California gothic was very edgy at the time. It would be fun to watch it again some 30 years later.
Free Fallin,gives reference to that subculture. There will be a Tom Petty ,vampire memorial walk down Ventura boulevard this Thursday night....I think he would have liked that.
Anyways,I like the version of People are Strange,that you posted. I will give it a 7.
Although,I don't think that anyone could sing the song better than the Lizard King,himself. The original is a tough act to follow.

Never heard this song, but it has a nice melody. 8/10

If I remember well, every song is in English. I hope it's not a problem, if I post an old Hungarian song. I'm curious about non-Hungarians opinion. I hope somebody will rate it.



Its title means "One piece of my heart".

This is not a bad song,it is very lively. Kinda like a polka? It is not something that I would normally listen to.
I will give it a 6 .

Lots to listen to. Good!

I quite like the Máté Péter song; very Continental European and very 1970s. 6-7/10

The Eivør song I will give 6/10. I think it would be better with a heavier sound but I would be interested to hear more from that artist.

I never cared for RHCP. That funky sound is almost the opposite to my taste in music. 3/10

Rolling Stones - Ride 'Em On Down: a real groover. I see it's a cover of an old blues song. 6/10

I have the first three Rammstein albums. I think the German language is well suited to the heavy metal sound. Some other German bands are also favourites of mine - Scorpions, Accept, Warlock, Helloween, Gamma Ray and Blind Guardian.

I do really like some Beatles songs and albums - more the psychedellic type stuff - but that one doesn't really do it for me (man) 5/10. A song from the same era:

Wow only a 5 for John Lennon? The song is so raw and emotional the man is bearing his soul on stage singing ,about his love for Yoko. And what about those outfits!
