Is Western/European civilisation at a stage of decline?

Is Western/European civilisation at a stage of decline?
There is an idea that every civilisation rises, peaks and then falls. So where are we now?
Some major aspects you might consider:
Politics
Economy - material standard of living, work, consumerism, distribution of wealth
Technology
Education
Social behaviour - family life, general socialising, crime and laws
Fashion - personal apperance - clothing, hair styles, tattoos, etc.
Entertainment - books, films, TV, live shows, sport, games, internet, etc.
Architecture - the look of towns and cities
The natural environment
Compared to the 1950s/60s/70s/80s/90s, are things better, worse or about the same on average? Have we had the peak yet?

Politics; I would say it is at its declining stage.
Economy wise; compared to 50's, 60's, etc. is at its peak.
Technology; I would say is peaking tremendously.
Education is declining, but education outside of the political bias is thriving/peaking.
Fashion; I would say I am neutral on. There is fashion that is decent/presentable while others are trashy. Nevertheless, Fashion is a matter of personal taste.
Social behavior; family life seems to be degrading slightly, but is good. Socializing I'm neutral since it is a matter of personal taste. Criminality and law breaking seems to be a problem/increasing, so I guess you can say its near the "decline" stage.
Entertainment; I would say is mixed. Peaking tremendously in some areas, but declining in other areas.
Architecture, I would say is at its peak/stagnating stage depending in the area of the world people reside.
Natural environment; I would say is at its peak for first world countries, whom are being more environmentally conscious.

Politics.
I think the democracy we have is in reality 'partycracy', and the political parties which have a chance to win an election have close relations and influence from economic powers, and besides nowadays there's the so called 'political correctness' or cultural-marxism that has a huge influence over politics and social behaviour; if someone goes against it automatically becomes an social outcast and undesirable.
Trump won american election despite being an undesirable and despite his own party... a little revolution aginst the system, but I guess it helped that the guy is fucking rich.
Economy.
At least here in Spain they say that our parents had a better and safer life that youth of today, there're less jobs and retirement age is increasing, we have to work more years for less pension. So I think generally speaking we're worse than 30 or 40 years ago.
Technology.
It keeps advancing... if it's good or less good depends on the use they do of it.
Education.
Heavely influenced by external factors, political and social ideologies especially, I guess the same as ever.
Social behaviour.
Respect for parents, elderies, neighbourgs in general has deteriorated a lot I think, contempt for authority is general and it's 'modern and cool', and also the mutual thrust and empathy between people, which was normal in homogeneous societies, is gone.
....
Natural environment.
Well, most scientifists support that global warming is real and caused by human activities, and that we're seeing a new massive extinction of natural life before our eyes.

Re: Is Western/European civilisation at a stage of decline?
To answer my own question:
Politics - Worse. Some countries have systems which are outdated, especially Britain and France. Political parties are themselves somewhat outdated, greatly oversimplifying the choices for voters.
Economy - Worse. Too much inequality. Too much reliance on credit-buying and too much influence from advertising and marketing. It all encourages a materialistic culture which causes other problems. Lots of waste.
Technology - Apart from medecine, increasing tech. seems to be a mixed blessing. I don't think it has made us any happier on balance, it just provides ever more novelty.
Education - It's generally gone backwards in Britain. The exams from the 50's and 60's have been proven to be of a higher standard. General knowledge and use of language is decaying. Political correctness is rife in schools and universities.
Social behaviour - Seems more materialistic and individualistic than in the past. Obsession with digital devices and the breakdown of the traditional family is bad news. Here's an idea: if a woman has children, she stays at home and looks after them herself while her husband works.
Fashion - It's been worse, it's been better. Still lots of fashion victims around.
Entertainment - Football is too commercialised. The music charts are pretty bad and there are no real music subcultures now. Fillms and novels are probably just as good. British TV has become quite trivial and Americanised.
Architecture & natural environment - Too much traffic on too many roads. Some nice modern buildings (but I personally hate open-plan offices). Britain needs more trees. Too many supermarkets, fast-food places, coffee shops, etc. Still not enough respect for nature - the general decline in wildlife continues. Human populations are too large.
